The first 2710 delivered to the Farra Marine Fleet. Unfortunately this vessel unfairly suffers from being a "Covid Boat" when the keel was laid down and internal construction haulted through 2020/21. Therefore was initially plagued with all sorts of issues and problems. CTV's, much like Tug boats and Multicats, suffer from their crews doing their own catering- so no reflection on Food/Drink for this one. Downtime is hit and miss- generally after a 12-13hr day you will eat and go straight to bed. Rest is at a premium. There is a communal TV in the messroom- whether this is now working or has a connection I do not know. WiFi systems are generally used for vessel communication and technician use. Vessels like this typically don't run too far offshore to warrant strong usage. Connection and strength varies. The vessels are well maintained and kept on top of. Carrying a typical crew compliment of 3 persons and a maximum passenger/technician count of 24. It offers comfortably and ergonomic seating for smooth transfers, nice panoramic views of the deck and surrounding sea. And most importantly, a really good coffee machine!
